1) Agreement to these Terms
By using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors and anyone who contacts us through the Site.

4) Eligibility and age requirements
You must be able to form a legal agreement to use this Site.
Piercing services have age and ID requirements:
– For most piercings, you must be at least 16 years old with valid photo ID.
– For nipple and dermal piercings, you must be at least 19 years old.
– If you are under 16, a parent or legal guardian must be present with valid ID, along with your ID.
We may refuse service if we cannot verify age or if we believe a service is not appropriate or safe.
5) Medical and treatment information disclaimer
The Site is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a physician or other qualified health professional.
Do not use the Site for emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

6) Appointments, consultations, and communications
A) Appointment requests
If you submit a request through the Site or contact us by phone or email, it is a request only. Your appointment is not confirmed until we confirm it with you.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when contacting us. This includes contact details and any relevant information we ask for to support safe service.
C) No guarantees on response time
We try to respond in a reasonable time, but we cannot guarantee immediate replies.
D) Email and texting

7) Pricing, payments, cancellations, and refunds
Prices, service availability, and promotions may change without notice.
If deposits, cancellation rules, rescheduling rules, or refund rules apply to your booking, we will communicate them to you at the time of booking and/or in clinic policies. Where there is a conflict, the booking terms you accept for that appointment will apply.
8) Photos, testimonials, and reviews
If you provide a testimonial, review, or comment, you agree it may be displayed on the Site and used for marketing, unless you ask us to remove it.
Before-and-after photos are used only with your permission. If you later withdraw permission for future use, we will stop using the images going forward and will make reasonable efforts to remove them from places we control.
9) Intellectual property
The Site and its content (including text, images, branding, logos, and design) are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, or modify Site content without our written permission.
