You need to know

Laser pigmentation removal may require multiple treatments.  It will not prevent new sun spots from forming if you do not protect your skin from the sun.  We cannot guarantee complete removal of all pigmented areas as results vary by individual and condition.

Treatment

The laser handpiece is moved across the treatment area, there may be a snapping sensation.  The pigmentation will get darker and flake off.  Most people see improvement after the first treatment, but multiple sessions are typically required for optimal results.  Treatments are spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart.

Aftercare

There may be temporary swelling immediately after treatment.  Keep the area clean and avoid sun exposure during healing.  Follow aftercare instructions for best results.
